Dave's Top Ten

I have to apologize for not updating the blog, however I ensure you that weight loss activities have been taking place. Since the first post a few weeks ago I am happy to report that I have diminished by 15 pounds. I've shrunk from 404 down to 389 as of today. I've exercised moderately at least once per week and have limited my portions. I used to eat my cereal out of a mixing bowl, but I am now using a normal sized bowl. Anyway, look for posts to come more frequently, I have lots of good stuff to share with you. I've had some tests done and will share those results. Also, team Save Dave wrapped up the b-ball season by losing in the championship game this week, so I'll tell you all about that. Every now and then I'll feature Dave's Top Ten list and that should be entertaining for y'all. DBF-
Dave

Nice work Dave! I'm so glad I came across your blog on facebook, so I can see your progress! What a great thing to do! I'm not sure all the details of what you have going on already but I have an idea on how to help keep you motivated, of course, only if you are interested--no pressure. What if people "sponsor" your goals, or give suggestions on what they want you to do and in return you get "mini rewards". For example, if you exercise 3 days a week for an entire month I will buy movie tickets for you and Stacey...or something else you want. Sorry if that's lame, maybe I've watched too much of the "biggest loser". What do you think?

I think it is cool that you are able to face your reality and are trying to change it. Personally, I believe that if you keep going and never stop, you'll be able to live a better and healthier life. Remember to exercise and eat healthy. I would advise you to stop eating fast food, or at least decrease the amount of it in your diet. This food contains high levels of fats, sugar, and can make your cholesterol go through the roof.
